DXC Technology Customer Strategy Manager in Any City, Colorado

Job Description:

Summary of Position:

The Customer Account Manager will manage 90+ existing accounts and up-sale to current customers in order to grow revenue. Focus efforts on product feedback, enhancement, upgrades and development. Communicate with customers in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship. New sales are developed through direct sales and marketing activities using a structured team sales methodology. The Customer Account Manager reports to Regional Sales Manager or Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport and relations with customer base

  • Up-sell existing products; new users, modules, licensing changes, etc.

  • Build, deliver and pursue sign off on Software Quotes, work orders and Statement of Work

  • Input all sales and service opportuninties into CRM/Salesforce

  • Responsible for all Maintenance Renewals of assigned customers

  • Ability to transition and upgrade current customers to enhanced or cloud based solutions

  • Coordinate and collaborate with delivery team members

  • ISV Partner relationships

  • Participate in marketing campaigns, where needed

Minimum Requirements – Education, Skill & Abilities:

  • Four year degree

  • 3 or more years’ experience in a of ERP/CRM software or IT consulting sales (NOT infrastructure or hardware)

  • Prior experience selling and supporting Tier 1 ERP or CRM software required (includes Microsoft Dynamics Oracle, SAP)

  • Experience or knowledge with Sharepoint and Office 365 licensing

  • Must have prior experience selling solutions with an average price over $100K

  • Professional, assertive, and skilled in managing relationships in their territory

  • Proven presentation, proposal development, and writing skills

  • Proven record of exceeding quota

  • Must be willing to work closely with other sales teams within a team enviornment Preferred Requirements– Education, Skill & Abilities:

  • Advanced degree(s)

  • Prior experience using a CRM system to manage a pipeline

  • Microsoft CRM or Salesforce experience
