Seeking an Industry Sales Executive to focus on our Consumer Products segmentation
Prior sales leaders/business leaders/senior sales executives that have delivered results- know their targets, pipeline, conversion rates, sales cycle
Clear understanding of orders and revenue acceleration
Understand our industry and evolving client trends toward services and business models- consumption based
Grasp the digital transformation journey dialogue taking over our industry- understands it is tied to business results through streamlining processes – getting deeper into the client’s business
Understand P & L- client and DXC (at account and coverage area)
Skilled at C level dialogue – Spartan skillsets – active listening and inquiry skills
Navigate and manage within a matrix environment
Ability to build internal people network (internal, with partners, and inside industry) to get things done- self-sufficient
Roll up sleeves mindset to drive on average a book of business (multiple pursuits 4 -7). This role will work multi offering/tower pursuits; many time complex.
Do what it takes to get compelling proactive and reactive (qualified RFPs) proposals (that are properly governed) in front of clients
Can manage multiple pursuits through leveraging, both internal and external team resources- book of business should be 5-7 pursuits ($10 – $20M ABR rolling pipeline)
Strong pursuit management and leadership
Education and Experience Required:
Typically 10+ years in complex IT service business environment.
University or Bachelor's degree; advanced or MBA preferred.
Strong current financial services sales background in outsourcing IT – very knowledgeable in the latest trends
New logo (hunter) sales and closer experience
Demonstrate broad knowledge of corporate policies, products, markets and processes, and an understanding of business management principles and practices.
Demonstrate mastery to state-of-the-art technical, functional or business knowledge.
Demonstrate managerial and planning skills.
Managed successfully at least 3-5 large regional or global managed services deals.
