REMOTE OPPORTUNITY -- BILLING & OPERATIONS ANALYST
Job Description Overview:
We are looking for a high energy, self-starter who prides themselves on having strong customer service skills, holds themselves to a high standard of performance and has a get it done attitude to the join the DXC-Eclipse Business Operations Team. This position is dedicated to supporting the Renewals and Licensing Operations Team. The scope includes the operational processes of billing and payment related research tasks, a key element is to have close cooperation and open communication with all areas of the renewals and licensing team and the various shared services team. The Business Operations Analyst will work within the framework of the team’s long-term objectives in optimizing resources, technology and innovative thought across the department.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Analysis of complex payment or billing issues and effectively solve problems as well as proactively investigate payment and billing issues and suggest solutions that will enhance the customer and partner experience
Act as a point of contact for Licensing and Renewals Teams for customer or partner issues
Review/Creates all Revenue Plans for new Licensing Agreements
Maintain Customer and Partner records in various systems
Research unprocessed partner invoices
Provide reporting for various partners
Create reports through SAP BI Tool
Provide support for Licensing and Renewal monthly processes
Manage multiple Email boxes
Daily updates to various spreadsheets related to Renewals and Licensing
Support and coordinate with shared services on vendor form requests, W-8 requests, and other customer requests as needed.
Assist with tasks related to month end close.
Help with additional projects and tasks related to Global Revenue Operations as they arise.
5+ years related sales operations or operational and licensing experience (SaaS or On Premise)
General Understanding of Revenue Recognition Guidance: ASC606
Willing to accept and function in a constantly changing, fast paced environment.
Flexible to work with teams in different time zones, remote managers and colleagues
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills to effectively assist with adherence to deadlines, attention to detail and strong problem solving and decision-making.
An understanding of billing, renewals, and software procurement procedures required.
Excellent customer service skills required. Must possess a high level of interpersonal skills including the ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with SAP and SAP BI preferred
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field
