Job Description:

Summary of Position:

The Senior Marketing Manager, Human Capital Management (HCM ) is responsible for growing market awareness for ECA HCM solution, partner and service offerings via thought leadership positioning and strategic marketing programs. This position will be responsible for identifying and packaging HCM offerings and building and accelerating sales pipeline via the development and management of demand generation and customer retention/upsell marketing campaigns, including sales enablement for direct and partner channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates the offering in the market

  • Identify market needs and opportunities for packaging HCM solutions into defined, repeatable offerings to rapidly grow the business

  • Translate the HCM Cloud strategic marketing plan into actionable targets, goals, initiatives and metrics

  • Introduce new solutions to market to achieve revenue and growth targets

  • Manage the development of content for demand generation and sales enablement campaigns

  • Working with key sales and practice stakeholders, establish and manage the lead management process to ensure targeted ROI from marketing campaigns

  • Collaborate with key sales and marketing stakeholders around partner and industry event strategy and messaging

  • Industry research and assessment of win/loss opportunities to identify urgent market driven needs and deliver targeted marketing programs

Minimum Requirements – Education, Skill & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 8+ years of HCM and related experience (preferably HCM technology)

  • 8+ years of marketing and/or product marketing experience

  • Strong business acumen and ability to “see the big picture”

  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties

  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to “own” an entire project (strategy, tactics, creative, ad copy, delivery, reporting, etc.)

  • Very strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

  • Extremely detail-oriented, hard-working and deadline-driven

  • Strong project management skills

Preferred Requirements– Education, Skill & Abilities:

  • Pragmatic Marketing Certified

  • Experience with CRM system (preferably Salesforce.com)

  • Experience with Marketing Automation systems (preferably Marketo)

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (power user level)

Working Environment:

  • Office Environment or Remote (if necessary)

  • Travel requirements: up to 30%
