The Financial Services Quality Representative’s main function is to create a quality program for each team within the department. This position is new to the department, and will be required to create quality review processes, implement, and maintain.
This position will work closely with the Financial Services leadership team, team leads, and the onsite quality team. This position will also be required to fully understand the contract requirements, Service Level Agreements, assist in the reporting of metrics and quality performance.
Create a quality program for the Financial Services Department
Communicate with team to support enhanced processes regarding quality. Document, train and implement industry standard best practices as they pertain to the various roles within the team(s).
Answer questions from team members, triage escalated difficult or complex tasks as appropriate.
Provide feedback (in positive and in a coaching capacity) to staff regarding their tasks.
Assist in documentation or documentation review as needed.
Participate in staff meetings to provide training and quality perspective.
Work on or participate in projects as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent on the job experience.
Prior office or clerical experience.
Medicaid policy knowledge.
Ability to follow written policies and procedures.
Good written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone skills.
Self-motivated, independent worker with strong time management skills.
Ability to access and retrieve information using a PC and high level of expertise using Microsoft Office products.
